No. Most agents we hire are coming from another brokerage. We'll walk you through the eXp transition on the call. The license transfer typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

There's no joining fee to the team. eXp Realty itself has standard onboarding fees that we'll explain on the call so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises, no hidden costs.

Active transactions transfer with you under standard Arizona brokerage protocol. We'll talk through how to handle in-progress deals so nothing falls through. We've helped dozens of agents through this exact process.

No. Your client database is yours. The CRM contacts you've built belong to you, not your current brokerage, and we'll help you migrate them into our FollowUpBoss system on day one.

Generous buyer and seller leads come through the team. Once a lead is yours, it's yours, period. We don't reassign leads or pull them back when production fluctuates. This is a core commitment.

No long-term contract. eXp Realty's model is agent-friendly. We expect you to show up, do the coaching, and produce, but there's no penalty trap if it's not a fit after 6 months.

Most agents are fully onboarded within 2 to 3 weeks of saying yes. Hire-on paperwork takes a day, ADRE license transfer to eXp Realty takes a few business days, and we walk you through the rest.
